The staff was super cute! I appreciate that they are always ready to help. I LOVED that it was a short walk to the metro station! It made getting around super easy. The location is a great feature.

The staff was helpful, always ready with a smile and prompt service. the room was clean and had all basic amenities i needed, including a comfortable bed. It was a haven after a long day. i found the proximity to the metro station convenient for exploring. It made getting around the city very easy.
the limited rest room items were inconvenient, and i wished they had provided things like tooth paste and brushes. a small thing. but it counts.

the staff were amicable and helpful. the housekeeper was excellent and fast with their service. the hotel has proper facilities for all guests. overall the service felt very organized and professional.
basic room items were not always included , like a toothbrush. i had to pay for these items upon request. this was an inconvenience.

the staff was cooperative. especially the sirilankan guy at the front desk was very helpful. the metro green line was very accessible. i could get to places pretty easily.
the room was small. i also did not see any tooth brushes. even in 3 star hotels i think you get a tooth brush. i had to ask for it.
